What I do here

I write and test every operator page on this site. That means opening a real account, funding it, playing, requesting a withdrawal and timing how long it takes to arrive — before anything gets published.

The payout figures in our tables are the ones I recorded. They are not the operator's marketing claim, and where a site has not yet been tested the table says so rather than guessing.

How I approach a review

Licence first. I check the number on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a badge in a footer, and if a site publishes no number I say so.

Then the cashier, because payout behaviour is the clearest signal of whether an operator is solvent and honest. Then the bonus terms — specifically the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is live, and the cashout cap.

Game range and studio quality come after all of that. A large library is worth little at a site that will not pay you.

What I will not do

I do not rank by commission. The order on this site is set by measured payout speed and the checks above, and it changes when the measurements change.

I do not publish a payout time I have not measured, and I do not write around a site's problems. Where an operator has a real drawback — restricted UK access, a short trading history, a slow cashier — it goes in the review and in the cons list.
